hello my name is HENRY. ive been lifting for about two years but last year i really started to grow my knolwedge and now i want to share my knowledge with others .
I enjoy working out with my gymbro but sometimes its peacfull to just lift by yourself.
i started seeing really good growth when i started doing ppl "push" "pull" "legs". another good split is upper lower but for me i dont like taking rest days and for upper lower its more optimal to take 2-3 rest days per week
